Description
OKRJ circumferential pressure oil cylinders are used for chucks without a through bore. In combination with hollow chucks, this results in an inexpensive part-hollow clamping device which allows the insertion of long workpieces to the front part of the lathe spindle.
The clamping cylinder which is designed in a modular fashion can be developed using appropriate assemblies with additional features, e.g. a dynamic pressure control for the workpieces and cooling water lead throughs.
