With its different variants, the 3ALZD / A series has been specially developed for the cost-effective manufacturing of all kinds of shaft-shaped workpieces which are to be machined over the entire length in a single clamping. The economic aspect is mainly due to the non-productive time involved in the time-consuming task of turning, what can be heavy and bulky workpieces, being dispensed with.
The 3ALZD / 3ALZDA is a power actuated, low-maintenance (oil-filled) three jaw lever chuck with retractable jaws and integrated face carriers.
